original date of purchase.
Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty only and is not guaranteed by Wapiti On-line, however we will provide you with information where to return your defective product for replacement.

We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during
the warranty period.
RA numbers (return authorization) are not required.
Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories
and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging
will be replaced or repaired as received.
No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent freight prepaid
& will be shipped back freight prepaid.
The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & return shipping address.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
